Which areas do you work in?
Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Puri, plus the corridors connecting them. We deliberately stay regional so that our site supervision remains hands-on rather than delegated.
Do you sell plots, build houses, or design interiors?
All three. You can buy a verified plot from us, build on it with us, and have our studio deliver the interiors — or engage us for any one of those stages independently.
Are your plots legally verified?
Yes. Every parcel we offer has a traced title chain, completed mutation, conversion where applicable and an encumbrance check, all verified by an independent advocate before we acquire it. We encourage buyers to have their own lawyer review the same documents.
Can I build on my own land with you?
Yes. Bring your documents to a first meeting and we can usually give you a realistic budget band within the same week, covering drawings, approvals, structure, finishes and handover.
How do you price a construction project?
With an itemised bill of quantities and a documented brand list for cement, steel, wiring, plumbing and waterproofing, fixed at agreement stage. Payments are linked to verified site progress rather than calendar dates.
What does a turnkey interior include?
Design and drawings, joinery and wardrobes, kitchen, electrical and lighting, false ceiling, painting, and — where you want it — soft furnishing and styling. The scope is written into the BOQ so nothing is assumed.
How long does a project take?
Interiors typically run six to twelve weeks depending on joinery volume. An individual house depends on approvals and scale; we commit to a timeline in writing once drawings are frozen.
Do you help with home loans and registration?
We provide the documentation banks require and coordinate registration at the sub-registrar office with our team present alongside you. We do not act as a lender or a broker.
Can I visit a site before booking?
Please do. Site visits are usually arranged within forty-eight hours of a request, and our layouts are built before plots are offered, so there is something real to walk.
